Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager - Retail Transactions, located in Gurugram. The Manager is expected to not only maintain existing relationship of retailers and developers for the company but also add and develop new client relationships. He/She will oversee the requirements of retailers and developers and initiate transactions, coordinate between stakeholders, and negotiate successful retail property deals ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Have 1-5 yrs of experience in retail real estate sector as a retailer, developer or consultant.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and maintain client relationships
• Experience in Team Management and a collaborative approach to leadership
• Sales skills with a track record of achieving targets
• Excellent organizational and negotiation skills
• Bachelors degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
• Previous experience in retail real estate or transaction management is mandatory

Salary

• Rs. 5-12 lacs per annum + Commission + Conveyance
