About the Role
This role requires deep trims sourcing and category expertise, combined with strong digital acumen to help advance trim digitization across the Raw Materials organization. The role will manage trims strategy and supplier management while partnering cross-functionally to enable digital material capabilities that improve speed, efficiency, and decision-making.What You'll Do
- Lead and execute trims sourcing strategies by applying strong technical and functional expertise to support both short-term needs and long-term business priorities, including supplier selection, negotiations, and contract management.
- Develop and manage the global trims supply base, with a focus on supplier segmentation, capability building, performance improvement, and risk mitigation.
- Deliver defined category performance targets by holding vendors accountable to agreed performance standards and driving mitigation or corrective action plans where needed.
- Use market intelligence, supplier insights, and external benchmarking to shape sourcing strategies, identify best practices, and drive innovation within the trims category.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product Development & Commercial , Design, Technical Design, and Digital teams to ensure sourcing strategies are aligned with product, brand, and business requirements.
- Support digital enablement initiatives by collaborating with digital partners to align trims and material digitization efforts with sourcing needs and operational priorities.
- Drive adoption of digital trim and material assets to enable faster speed to market, reduce physical sampling, and improve product-related decision-making.
- Participate in pilots, proofs of concept, and continuous improvement initiatives related to trim digitization, digital workflows, and process optimization.
Who You Are
- 10+ years of professional experience in trims sourcing, apparel production, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management
- Experience working in a global, matrixed environment
- Exposure to digital product creation or material digitization tools (e.g., CLO 3D, Vizoo, or similar platforms) preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
