Job Title: Manager (RAISE)
Language Preferences: Fluent in written and spoken English, Kannada, and any local languages (preferred).
The Manager (RAISE) will be responsible for driving institutional excellence through systematic quality assurance processes, accreditation compliance, and ranking frameworks. The role requires a dynamic individual with strong computer proficiency, excellent communication skills, and robust data analysis capabilities to design, implement, and monitor quality benchmarks and tracking systems across the University.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1.Quality Assurance & Accreditation
- Lead and coordinate activities related to national and international accreditation frameworks (e.g., NAAC, NBA, NIRF, QS, THE).
- Ensure timely submission of accreditation reports, SSRs, AQARs, and compliance documentation.
- Develop and implement quality benchmarks aligned with institutional goals.
2. Rankings & Institutional Benchmarking
- Manage data collection, validation, and submission for ranking bodies.
- Analyze ranking parameters and identify improvement areas.
- Benchmark institutional performance against top-ranked universities.
3. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Design and maintain robust data tracking systems for academic and administrative performance indicators.
- Perform data analysis to generate actionable insights for leadership.
- Prepare periodic dashboards, reports, and presentations for senior management.
4. Process Improvement & Compliance
- Standardize academic and administrative processes in line with quality frameworks.
- Conduct internal audits and quality reviews across departments.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies such as UGC, AICTE, and other statutory authorities.
5. Stakeholder Coordination
- Collaborate with academic departments, administrative units, and leadership for data collection and quality initiatives.
- Act as a central point of coordination for all QA-related activities.
- Facilitate training and awareness sessions on quality standards and accreditation requirements.
6. Documentation & Knowledge Management
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all QA processes and accreditation requirements.
- Develop SOPs, manuals, and guidelines for institutional quality practices.
- Ensure proper archival and retrieval systems for institutional data.
