Agile Facilitation: Acting as a Scrum Master or Agile coach to facilitate ceremonies like stand-ups, planning, and retrospectives. Delivery Planning: Translating product roadmaps into actionable delivery plans, managing timelines, dependencies, and risks. Cross-functional Coordination: Bridging gaps between developers, designers, and product owners to ensure everyone is aligned. Stakeholder Reporting: Communicating project status, risks, and release plans to stakeholders. Quality Assurance: Ensuring the final output meets business goals and quality standards.
