Job Title: Sr. Manager - Branded Content (North)

Location: Delhi NCR

Experience: 10-12 years (Minimum 10 years preferred in the Delhi media market)

Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned revenue professional to drive branded content sales and ad revenue in the North market. We're looking for someone with a direct-client approach and strong relationships with key clients, agencies, and decision-makers, along with a deep understanding of integrated media solutions across digital, content, and platform channels.

Key Responsibilities

Drive revenue generation through branded content, custom solutions, and IP sales

Build and manage a strong pipeline of clients and agency relationships in Delhi NCR

Conceptualise and sell innovative branded content solutions across platforms

Collaborate with internal teams (content, strategy, marketing) to deliver impactful campaigns

Identify new business opportunities across categories (Auto, BFSI, FMCG, Tech, etc.)

Own end-to-end sales cycle from pitching to closure and execution alignment

Stay updated on market trends, competition, and client needs

Key Requirements

10+ years of experience in media ad sales / branded content sales in the Delhi market

Strong network with top media agencies and direct clients

Proven track record of closing large, branded content deals

Deep understanding of digital ecosystems, content marketing, and media planning

Strong presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to think solution-led and creatively for brands
