Manager - Marketing

Job Description:

• Strategy Development

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitive positioning.

• Campaign Management:

- Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing.

- Track campaign performance and optimize for improved ROI.

• Content Creation:

- Oversee the creation of engaging and brand-consistent content for all marketing channels.

- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality visuals, videos, and written materials.

• Team Leadership:

- Lead and mentor a team of marketing executives and interns, ensuring alignment and productivity.

- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.

• Performance Analysis:

- Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.

- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and market trends.

• Brand Management:

- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and marketing initiatives.

- Develop strategies to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.

• Partnerships and Collaboration:

- Build relationships with external agencies, vendors, and strategic partners.

- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Qualification & Experience:

• MBA in marketing or equivalent degree, with a minimum 10 years of relevant experience

OR

• Bachelors degree in Mass Communication, with a minimum 12 years of relevant experience

Required Expertise:

• Proven experience in a marketing leadership role, with a track record of successful campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and tools such as Google Analytics, SEO, and PPC.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Experience in Technology domain is a plus.
