Are you passionate about shaping vibrant dining experiences in retail spaces? We are looking for a dynamic Leasing Manager F&B to drive brand onboarding and elevate our retail portfolio.

Location: Bengaluru

Industry: Retail Real Estate / Shopping Malls / F&B Leasing

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and onboard leading F&B brands restaurants, cafs, pubs, breweries, and more

Lead leasing negotiations, finalize commercials, and close deals aligned with revenue targets

Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, brokers, and clients

Provide insights on F&B trends, rental benchmarks, and consumer preferences

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth fit-outs and successful store launches

What Were Looking For:

68 years of leasing experience (F&B leasing is a must)

Strong network within the F&B brand ecosystem and understanding of expansion strategies

Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to manage multiple deals and work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
