Manager Learning & Development (Renewable Energy)

Location: Ahmedabad

We are seeking an experienced L&D professional to design and drive learning strategies that build technical, operational, safety, and leadership capabilities across renewable energy domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute L&D strategy aligned with renewable energy business goals.
• Conduct training needs analysis and design structured learning pathways.
• Deliver technical training in solar, wind, BESS, grid integration, EPC, and O&M.
• Implement safety, compliance, and regulatory training programs.
• Lead leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
• Manage blended learning delivery, LMS platforms, and external partnerships.
• Measure training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience:

• BE/B.Tech + MBA-HR/MHRM.
• 810 years in L&D, with 3+ years in renewable energy, power, utilities, or EPC.
• Strong knowledge of renewable project lifecycle, safety, and compliance.
• Proven expertise in instructional design, digital learning, and stakeholder engagement.
