Manager, Infrastructure & Cloud Architecture

We are seeking a powerhouse Manager of Infrastructure who bridges the gap between high-level strategic architecture and deep-dive technical execution. This isn't a "sit back and delegate" role; we need a seasoned expert who can design a global network in the morning and troubleshoot a VxRail cluster or a BGP routing issue in the afternoon.

As the leader of our India-based infrastructure team, you will be the final authority on our hybrid-cloud ecosystem, ensuring our Azure, On-Prem (VxRail/VMware), and Global Network (Cato/Cisco) environments are scalable, resilient, and impenetrable.

What you will work on

• Serve as the Global Architect for our hybrid infrastructure, balancing cloud-native Azure services with robust on-premise high-performance computing.
• Define the multi-year roadmap for infrastructure modernization, focusing on automation (IaC) and "Zero Trust" security models.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team in India, fostering a culture of technical excellence and accountability.
• Architect and manage Azure subscriptions, VNets, ExpressRoute, and Azure Active Directory. Optimize cloud spend without sacrificing performance.
• Direct the deployment and management of VMware environments running on Dell VxRail hyper-converged infrastructure (HCI).
• Own the global backup and disaster recovery strategy, ensuring RPOs and RTOs are met across all platforms.
• Act as the primary SME for our Cato Networks implementation, managing global connectivity and security policies.
• Maintain a hands-on grip on Cisco switching, routing, and firewall configurations.
• Implement rigorous security controls across the stack, including endpoint protection, identity management, and vulnerability remediation.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• Bachelors degree in CS or Engineering.
• Preferred certifications: AZ-305 (Azure Solutions Architect), CCNP/CCIE, or VCP-DCV.
• 8-10 years of experience in cloud architecture, infrastructure engineering, and/or systems engineering.
• Cloud: Azure (Expert level: IaaS, PaaS, Governance, Security).
• Virtualization: VMware vSphere & vCenter; deep knowledge of Dell VxRail (HCI).
• Networking: Cato SASE/SD-WAN, Cisco (Catalyst/Nexus), VPNs, and Firewalling.
• Storage/Backup: Enterprise storage arrays and modern backup solutions (Veeam, Cohesity, or Azure Backup).
• Operating Systems: Advanced Windows/Linux Server administration and Active Directory/DNS/DHCP.
• Must be willing to jump into the CLI or Azure Portal to solve complex issues alongside your team.
• Proven track record of managing technical teams in India while reporting to global stakeholders.
• Ability to translate complex technical "debt" or architectural needs into business value for C-suite executives.
