About the Company
Firstsource Solutions is looking for an experienced Manager to join the Enterprise Transformation Office. This role will support enterprise HR technology initiatives across HR platforms and connected business systems. The individual will work closely with HR, Technology, and business teams to manage project execution, process improvements, integrations, reporting, and stakeholder coordination across multiple transformation initiatives.

The role requires strong program management capabilities, stakeholder communication, and experience working with enterprise HR systems and digital transformation programs.
Responsibilities
HR Technology Program Management
- Manage HR technology initiatives across enterprise platforms and business applications
- Coordinate project activities from business requirement gathering through testing and deployment
- Support enhancements for employee-facing applications, reporting solutions, and HR technology systems
- Work with business and technical teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
System Integrations & Coordination
- Coordinate integrations between HR platforms and third-party business applications
- Work with technical teams to validate integration requirements and ensure data accuracy across systems
- Support issue tracking, testing, and deployment activities related to integrations
Project Delivery & Stakeholder Management
- Manage project trackers, sprint updates, risks, and status reporting
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are progressing as planned
- Escalate project risks and blockers appropriately
- Prepare updates and presentations for leadership reviews
HR Operations & Process Improvement
- Support HR operational workflows including employee lifecycle processes, workflow automation, and service request management
- Identify process improvement opportunities and work with stakeholders to implement enhancements
- Ensure process documentation and change management activities are maintained
HR Analytics & Reporting
- Coordinate workforce reporting, dashboards, and analytics initiatives
- Work with reporting and BI teams to support data visualization and reporting requirements
- Assist leadership teams with HR data insights and reporting needs
Team & Vendor Coordination
- Collaborate with internal technology teams, HR teams, and external vendors
- Support coordination across implementation partners and project stakeholders
- Guide junior team members on project activities where required
Qualifications
- MBA or Bachelors degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Postgraduate qualifications in HR or Technology Management are preferred.
- Equivalent practical experience in HR technology program management will also be considered.
Required Skills
- 5 to 8 years of experience in HR technology, HRIS, or transformation projects
- Experience working with enterprise HR platforms and system integrations
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and concurrent projects
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good understanding of HR systems and enterprise application environments
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments
Preferred Skills
- Experience with employee experience platforms or internal digital applications
- Familiarity with talent intelligence or workforce technology tools
- Exposure to HR analytics and workforce reporting
- Experience in BPO, IT services, or large enterprise environments
- Agile or SAFe project delivery exposure
- Relevant HR technology certifications
