Job Description
Sales Escalation & Grievance – PAN India : Handling sales queries and grievance from sales team, ensure 100% resolution of these queries
Talisma – CRM : Managing CRM bucket for escalated cases ensure closure in timely manner.
Data Purging - TMER & PPC :Conducting purging activity as per agreement for all active vendors.
Ensure vendor is maintaining all agreed TAT. - As per agreement.
Monitor partial reports, Insurer actionable and recall cases.
Handling All type of grievance, service issue, etc.
System development- working on system development with vendor
Process changes- To improve TAT
Communication end to end process.
Partial Medical Tracker, Medical report pending follow-up. Ensure closure for reports as per agreed TAT. Maintain data for outliners- On daily basis.
