Key Responsibilities Solution Architecture Understand business requirements and convert them into scalable technical solutions. Design end-to-end application architecture, including frontend, backend, database, integration, and cloud components. Define architecture standards, development guidelines, and best practices. Evaluate new technologies, frameworks, and tools based on project needs. Identify technical risks early and propose mitigation strategies. Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, maintainable, and cost-effective. Full Stack Development Actively contribute to application development and critical feature delivery. Develop and maintain frontend applications using modern JavaScript frameworks. Build and optimize backend services, APIs, and microservices. Design and implement database schemas and data access strategies. Troubleshoot production issues and drive root cause analysis. Perform code reviews and maintain high engineering standards. Technical Leadership Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams. Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA teams, and DevOps engineers. Participate in estimation, sprint planning, and technical roadmap discussions. Drive adoption of engineering best practices including CI/CD, automated testing, and secure coding standards. Support delivery teams during architecture reviews and production deployments. Required Experience 10+ years of software development experience with at least 3+ years in solution architecture or technical leadership roles. Strong hands-on experience in full stack application development. Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-grade applications. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native architectures. Technical Skills Frontend React.js, Angular, or Vue.js JavaScript / TypeScript HTML5, CSS3 Responsive and cross-browser application development Backend .NET Core / Java / Node.js (depending on organization stack) REST APIs and Microservices Authentication and Authorization mechanisms (OAuth, JWT, SSO) Database SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or DynamoDB Query optimization and performance tuning Cloud & DevOps AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform Docker and Kubernetes CI/CD pipelines Infrastructure as Code concepts Monitoring and logging tools Architecture Microservices Architecture Event-driven Architecture API Design and Integration Patterns System Scalability and Performance Optimization Security Best Practices Preferred Qualifications Experience with enterprise integration platforms and third-party APIs. Exposure to AI/ML, Generative AI, or cloud-native modernization initiatives. Experience with multi-tenant SaaS platforms. Relevant cloud or architecture certifications are an advantage. What Success Looks Like Ability to independently own solution design from requirement gathering to production deployment. Comfortable switching between architecture discussions and hands-on coding. Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivery and business outcomes. Ability to influence technical decisions and guide engineering teams through complex implementations.
