Manager Projects, Services & Spares
Location: Khed Shivapur (Pune) | Experience: 10-18 Years
Role Summary
Lead end-to-end execution of engineering projects, service operations, and spares management, ensuring timely delivery, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage machine manufacturing projects (timeline, cost, quality)
- Oversee service operations (maintenance, repairs, upgrades)
- Handle spares management (inventory, procurement, logistics)
- Drive process improvements and ensure ISO compliance
- Lead cross-functional coordination (Sales, Design, Supply Chain)
- Manage resources, budgets, and project performance
Mandatory Skills
- Strong project management experience
- Team handling & leadership capability
- Experience in manufacturing / capital equipment industry
- Knowledge of service operations & spare parts management
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Project / ERP tools
Education & Experience
- B.E./B.Tech Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory)
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in capital equipment/Heavy Machinery projects (Must)
