Position: Manager Engineering & Design

Industry: Water & Wastewater Treatment (ETP / STP / WTP / RO / UF / ZLD)

Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai

Experience Required: 9+ years (Design & Engineering)

CTC: 815 LPA (+/- 2 LPA)

Role Summary

Lead end-to-end design and engineering of water & wastewater treatment projects from concept to commissioning, including ETP, STP, WTP, RO/UF systems and advanced biological treatment technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Design complete water & wastewater treatment systems (ETP/STP/WTP/RO/UF)

Prepare PFDs, P&IDs, GA drawings, HFDs, fabrication & sectional drawings

Perform hydraulic calculations, equipment sizing, and process design

Develop plant layouts, piping routes, skids, and BOMs

Prepare technical datasheets for pumps, blowers, and instruments

Review civil, structural, and engineering drawings

Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety guidelines

Lead project execution from design to commissioning

Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams

Conduct site visits and support field data collection

Support procurement, costing, and project timelines

Required Qualifications

B.E / B.Tech in Chemical / Mechanical / Environmental Engineering (or relevant)

9+ years experience in water & wastewater treatment design

Key Skills

AutoCAD / SolidWorks / Hydraulic design tools

Strong knowledge of fluid mechanics & process engineering

Experience in ETP, STP, WTP, RO, UF, MBR, MBBR, SBR

Project execution & vendor coordination

Strong communication & stakeholder management
