The Mission

We are looking for an execution-first, numbers-obsessed Manager of Embedded Finance & Programs. We don't want a traditional alliance manager who sits back once an MOU is signed. We want a programmatic scale-buildersomeone who can plug our capital into B2B platforms, activate the merchant base, and relentlessly drive transaction volume and disbursals.
The Persona: Who You Are
You are a rare breed: equal parts strategic deal-maker, analytical program manager, and product-minded executioner. You understand how API-driven lending works, you know how to talk to tech platforms, and you are deeply motivated by scale metrics (API pings, merchant click-throughs, application conversions, and AUM). You don't rest until an embedded channel is consistently churning out high-volume originations.
The Mandate: What Youll Do (The Execution)
- Activate & Scale Alliances: Take ownership of signed ecosystem partners (e-commerce marketplaces, B2B SaaS, logistics platforms, procurement portals) and scale our Seller Financing and SCF programs from zero to exponential velocity.
- Funnel Optimization: Treat embedded finance like a product growth funnel. Track impressions, application drop-offs, credit approvals, and disbursals within the partner platform to maximize conversion rates.
- B2B Anchor Management: Deepen relationships with anchor corporates and platforms to increase the wallet share of their supplier/seller base.
- Joint Marketing & Merchant Growth: Run programmatic, data-driven campaigns alongside our partners to market GetVantage capital solutions directly to their merchant ecosystems.
- Cross-Functional Bridge: Work hand-in-hand with our Product, Tech, and Risk teams to build frictionless, API-first onboarding journeys for merchants, ensuring lightning-fast turnarounds.
What You Bring to the Table (The Non-Negotiables)
- 4+ Years of Relevant Fintech DNA: Proven experience within a new-age NBFC, B2B marketplace, or Fintech platform specifically scaling embedded lending, merchant cash advances, or supply chain finance.
- The "Scale Over Vanity" Mindset: You measure success by active borrowers and daily disbursal volume, not just the number of signed partnerships.
- Tech-Savvy Credit Understanding: Comfortable discussing API integrations, digital data sharing, alternate scoring mechanisms, and digital underwriting flows.
- Exceptional Program Management: Ability to manage multiple moving parts across 510 high-value platform partnerships simultaneously without losing speed.
- Mumbai Ecosystem Grounding: Strong familiarity with the regional fintech landscape and quick access to local B2B/tech infrastructure.
