Role Summary

• Position: Manager Data & Analytics
• Function: Product Business Partnering team (Audit Data & Analytics)
• Work mode: Hybrid
• Core focus: Application ownership, SDLC management, requirement analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and deployment of data/analytics solutions into KCw Workbench

Key Responsibilities

1. Application ownership manage design, development, deployment of D&A solutions.
2. Technical collaboration work with technical teams on SDLC, integration, and feasibility.
3. Requirement translation convert business needs into user stories.
4. Governance & compliance adhere to internal frameworks, audit requirements, and quality standards.
5. Stakeholder management engage with global and member firms.
6. Continuous learning adapt to new tools/technologies in audit analytics.
7. Team development contribute to technical/soft skills training.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Qualified Chartered Accountant (with technical expertise).
• Experience: 57 years post-qualification + 3 years of articleship (mandatory).
• Technical understanding:
• SDLC & Agile methodology
• KCw Workflow or similar cloud audit platforms
• Product management concepts
• Soft skills: Critical thinking, collaboration, communication, data-driven decision making.
