Were hiring for a fast-growing global B2B SaaS company that works with some of the worlds leading enterprise customers.

Were looking for an experienced leader to manage and scale a high-performing Customer Success Engineering team focused on delivering exceptional customer experience, operational excellence, and AI-enabled support capabilities.


What were looking for:

  • 810 years of experience in Technical Support / Customer Success
  • Prior experience managing teams in a B2B SaaS or enterprise setup
  • Strong understanding of SaaS architecture, APIs, Integrations, SSO/OAuth/SAML, cloud infrastructure, and analytics ecosystems
  • Experience handling enterprise escalations and driving customer-first operations
  • Exposure to AI-driven support models, automation, dashboards, and operational metrics is a strong plus
