Job Description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Maintain detailed cost structures (BOM-level breakdowns, raw material indexing, should-cost models, variance vs target/actual)
Build and maintain ETL pipelines with IT/Data Engineering to extract, transform, and load costing data from ERP/SAP/PLM; ensure data quality and refresh schedules
Design and publish dashboards (Tableau/Power BI/Qlik) for cost trends, material price movements, budget adherence, and variant profitability
Automate high-frequency costing activities (monthly rollups, engineering change impacts, price revisions) in collaboration with IT/Data Engineering
Work with procurement, engineering, finance, and program teams to gather requirements and translate into analytical models
Maintain documentation of pipelines, data models, business rules, and dashboard logic

B.E./B.Tech/MBA

General Requirements

Data Management
Digitalization and Automation (Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik)
ERP, SAP, PLM, or equivalent
