About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven Electrical Panel Design & Projects Manager to lead end-to-end panel engineering, design, and execution. This role involves BOM planning, customer coordination, team leadership, and ensuring high-quality panel delivery aligned with project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Engineering & Design

• Prepare and validate BOM based on customer requirements and project scope
• Design electrical panels (LT/HT, Control Panels, Automation Panels)
• Develop electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications

Planning & Execution

• Plan fabrication activities in alignment with procurement timelines
• Coordinate with purchase and project teams for material availability
• Oversee installation and commissioning of panels
• Ensure smooth execution from design to delivery

Team Leadership

• Lead and manage panel design & execution team
• Assign clear objectives and track team performance
• Conduct regular team meetings for problem-solving and improvements
• Ensure adherence to company processes, 5S, and safety standards

Customer & Stakeholder Management

• Act as primary point of contact for customers
• Handle technical discussions, clarifications, and updates
• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely delivery and quality

Reporting & Strategy

• Track project milestones and panel progress
• Prepare monthly billing plans and execution reports
• Monitor resource utilization and optimize efficiency
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years experience in electrical panel design & execution
• Strong knowledge of LT Panels, Control Panels, Automation Panels
• Hands-on experience in BOM creation & costing
• Proficiency in AutoCAD / EPLAN (preferred)
• Strong leadership and customer handling skills
