Position Summar

Cemindia Projects Limited is looking for an experienced Civil Engineer / Civil Manager with 1215 years of experience in precast construction projects. The candidate should have strong expertise in managing precast yards, production of precast elements, erection activities, lifting operations, and placement of precast members. The role requires ensuring safe, timely, and quality execution of precast construction works while coordinating with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders

1. Manage precast yard operations including planning, production, quality control, and dispatch of precast concrete elements.
2. Oversee precast construction activities such as casting, curing, storage, transportation, and erection of precast members.
3. Plan and supervise lifting operations, crane utilization, and safe placement of precast components at project sites.
4. Coordinate with engineering, project, and contractor teams to ensure timely, safe, and quality execution of precast works.
