Role - Manager Capability Development & Partner Engagement


Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to lead our Partner Engagement and Capability Building initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will be the bridge between redBus and our valued partners, ensuring their success and engagement. You will also be responsible for empowering our internal Sales and Supply teams by designing and delivering high-impact training programs and driving process excellence. Internal Capability Building:

  • Design and execute innovative training programs for our Sales and Supply teams to enhance their product knowledge, operational skills, and functional expertise.
  • Drive a culture of continuous learning through our redBytes and Echo programs.
  • Create and maintain clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), playbooks, and process documentation.
  • Boost field team productivity by ensuring strong adoption and compliance with key tools and processes like Spoors, Superset, and redPro Shadow.


Partner Engagement & Development:

  • Own and manage all partner communication channels to ensure clear and effective messaging.
  • Spearhead exciting partner engagement initiatives, including our flagship redBus Forum events, newsletters, and the Industry conferences.
  • Act as the voice of the partner by conducting structured feedback sessions to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Develop compelling learning content and training videos to help our partners succeed on our platform.
