Role: Manager/ Associate Manager (Contractor Lifecycle & Workforce Operations)

Department: HR Operations

Location: Techzone IV, Greater Noida West, UP

Shift: 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM IST

Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and execution-focused professional to manage the complete contractor employee lifecycle for resources deployed across client locations within India. This role will act as the single point of contact for deployed workforce operations, ensuring smooth onboarding, engagement, compliance, attendance management, issue resolution, and separation processes.


The ideal candidate should have strong HR operations experience, contractor management exposure, and the ability to coordinate between clients, internal teams, payroll, compliance, and employees efficiently.


Think of this role as: From offer letter to final relieving letter, this person owns the battlefield.


Key Responsibilities:


Contractor Lifecycle Management

  • Manage end-to-end contractor employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
  • Handle joining formalities, documentation, induction, and deployment coordination.
  • Ensure smooth transition of contractors at client locations.
  • Maintain contractor records, databases, and employee files.


Client Workforce Coordination

  • Act as SPOC for deployed contractors and client workforce coordination.
  • Coordinate with client HR, reporting managers, and operations teams regularly.
  • Conduct periodic check-ins with deployed employees.
  • Handle workforce escalations and ensure timely resolution.


Attendance, Payroll & Leave Coordination

  • Track attendance, time sheets, shifts, overtime, and leave records.
  • Coordinate with payroll and finance teams for salary inputs.
  • Ensure timely submission of payroll-related data.
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee concerns.


Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, PT, labor compliance, and documentation.
  • Maintain employment records, agreements, NDAs, and compliance documents.
  • Coordinate background verification and client-specific compliance requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.


Employee Engagement & Retention

  • Build strong relationships with deployed workforce.
  • Conduct engagement activities, feedback sessions, and pulse checks.
  • Monitor attrition trends and proactively address concerns.
  • Support employee grievance handling and conflict resolution.


Exit & Separation Management

  • Manage resignations, offboarding, final documentation, and clearance formalities.
  • Coordinate full & final settlement inputs with payroll/finance teams.
  • Conduct exit discussions and maintain separation records.


Reporting & MIS

  • Maintain accurate MIS dashboards and workforce reports.
  • Track headcount, attrition, absenteeism, compliance status, and deployment reports.
  • Share periodic operational reports with leadership.


Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of HR operations and contractor workforce management.
  • Knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliances.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong coordination and escalation management abilities.
  • High ownership and execution mindset.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced staffing environments.
  • Strong Excel and reporting skills.


Preferred Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in HR Operations / Contractor Management / Workforce Management.
  • Experience in staffing or workforce solutions industry preferred.
  • Exposure to handling deployed workforce across multiple client locations.
  • Experience coordinating with payroll and compliance teams.
