Role Overview

We are seeking a data-driven and execution-focused Manager App Performance Marketing to lead mobile user acquisition and growth initiatives across Porters app ecosystem.

This role will own the end-to-end app growth funnel from install acquisition to activation, retention, and re-engagement across both customer and driver-partner segments. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with hands-on campaign management experience and a deep understanding of mobile attribution, cohort behaviour, and scalable growth strategies in a high-growth, consumer-tech environment.


Key Responsibilities

1. App Acquisition & Paid Media Management

  • Develop and execute scalable app install strategies across:
  • Google UAC (App Campaigns)
  • Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Apple Search Ads (ASA)
  • Affiliate and performance networks
  • Optimise campaigns toward quality installs (activation, first transaction, repeat usage).
  • Manage and scale substantial monthly performance budgets while maintaining efficiency.
  • Drive continuous experimentation across creatives, bidding strategies, audience cohorts, and landing/app store assets.


2. Funnel Optimisation & Growth

  • Own the complete mobile funnel: Install Activation First Transaction Retention Re-engagement.
  • Improve key metrics, including CPI, CPA, CAC, ROAS, LTV, Day 7/30 retention, and repeat usage.
  • Partner with Product teams to enhance onboarding flows and conversion rates.
  • Scale high-performing acquisition channels while ensuring sustainable CAC-to-LTV ratios.
  • 3. Attribution, Analytics & Insights

    • Lead mobile attribution and tracking using platforms such as Adjust (or AppsFlyer).
    • Manage deep linking, event tracking, cohort analysis, and fraud monitoring.
    • Build and own performance dashboards and reporting frameworks (weekly/monthly).
    • Translate complex data into actionable growth insights and budget allocation decisions.
    • Leverage analytics tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Mixpanel/Amplitude, MoEngage, Excel, and SQL.


    4. Lifecycle & Re-engagement Marketing

    • Drive retargeting and re-engagement campaigns to improve retention and repeat transactions.
    • Collaborate with CRM teams on push notifications, in-app messaging, and lifecycle automation strategies.
    • Optimise for long-term customer value, not just install volume.


    5. Cross-Functional & Stakeholder Management

    • Work closely with:
    • Product teams for funnel improvements and feature adoption.
    • Creative teams for performance-led ad development.
    • Sales/Business teams for lead quality optimisation.
    • Manage agency and external performance partners where applicable.


    Key Requirements

    • 48 years of experience in performance marketing, with strong exposure to app-first growth.
    • Proven experience managing and scaling mobile app acquisition campaigns.
    • Hands-on expertise in mobile attribution platforms (Adjust / AppsFlyer preferred).
    • Strong understanding of cohort analysis, attribution models, and LTV optimisation.
    • Demonstrated experience managing large-scale digital budgets.
    • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel; SQL is a plus.
    • Experience in startup, marketplace, logistics, or consumer-tech environments preferred.
