Management Trainees undergo training through cross-functional stints in operations and strategy. Primarily this will involve a combination of assignments involving decision-making, crisis resolution and problem-solving. Initially, you will be part of the sales team to learn about our products and gain handson experience with our business operations at the ground level. Based on your strengths and knowledge, RAAM Group will then provide opportunities in various areas such as Sales & Marketing, Finance, Human Resources.
