Role Description The Management Trainee Program is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, Delhi & Gurugram. The Management Trainee will rotate across key business functions to learn how Squarelys operates, including supporting program management activities, assisting with tenant advisory projects, and contributing to internal process improvement. Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting and analyzing market and operational data, preparing reports and presentations, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of initiatives. The role also involves participating in training sessions, shadowing senior team members, and interacting with clients to understand their needs and provide high-quality service under supervision. This program is designed to build foundational skills for future leadership roles within Squarelys.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong program management and organizational skills to support multiple initiatives and timelines.
  • Candidates should possess solid analytical skills to interpret data, derive insights, and contribute to decision-making.
  • Candidates should possess clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal, for internal and external interactions.
  • Candidates should possess an aptitude for training and learning, with the ability to absorb new concepts and apply them in practice.
  • Candidates should possess a customer service mindset, with a focus on responsiveness, empathy, and tenant-centric solutions.
  • Relevant educational background in business, management, economics, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM or project management software) is beneficial.
  • Ability to work on-site in Delhi NCR, collaborate in a team environment, and adapt to a fast-paced, data-driven workplace.
