Management Trainee

As a Management Trainee- User Research you will play a key role in helping us deeply understand our users. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with students through calls, gather insights on their needs, motivations, and challenges, and translate those conversations into meaningful inputs for our product and business teams. This role is ideal for someone who is curious, empathetic, and comfortable speaking with people every day.

The charter for this role will include:

1. Conduct telephonic and virtual conversations with students to understand their journeys, needs, and decision-making processes.
2. Ask the right questions to uncover insights around study abroad aspirations, challenges, and behaviors.
3. Document and synthesize conversations into clear insights, patterns, and actionable takeaways.
4. Work closely with product, growth, and business teams to share user feedback and influence decisions.
5. Continuously improve research quality by refining scripts, questions, and approaches based on learnings.

Ideal Persona would:

1. Strong communication skills with high comfort in speaking to new people over calls every day.
2. Naturally curious with the ability to ask thoughtful questions and listen actively.
3. Empathetic and able to build trust quickly with students from diverse backgrounds.
4. Structured thinker who can convert conversations into clear insights and patterns.
5. Self-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
