Management Information System Executive

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage sales data, incentive calculations, and payout processes.

This role is crucial in ensuring accurate tracking of revenue, commissions, and performance metrics across the sales team.

This role is ideal for someone who excels at handling large datasets and ensuring data consistency between internal systems and external reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage daily and monthly MIS reports related to sales, disbursements, and partner onboarding.
• Coordinate with lenders to collect utilization reports and payout statements for monthly and quarterly processing.
• Track partner/distributor login files and map them accurately with respective partner codes in the system.
• Reconcile data between internal systems and lender reports to identify and resolve discrepancies proactively.
• Develop performance dashboards and MIS reports for leadership review to track key business metrics.
• Collaborate with the tech team to ensure proper recording of login details for maximum data accuracy.
• Ensure timely processing of login files with lenders and manage the end-to-end payout lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure high attention to detail in all financial calculations and payout accuracy.

Requirements

• 12 years of experience in MIS, Sales Operations, Fintech, or NBFC.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas).
• Solid understanding of basic financial calculations and data analysis.
• Ability to handle large datasets and multiple reports simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Good coordination skills to work across cross-functional teams and leadership.
• High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in reports and reconciliation.
