Management Information System Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated MIS Executive to support data management, reporting, and operational tracking activities. The role involves working with MS Office tools to maintain accurate records, generate reports, and assist teams with data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
• Collect, validate, and organize data from multiple sources
• Generate reports using MS Excel and share insights with stakeholders
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports
• Support operations teams with the required data and documentation
• Track performance metrics and highlight discrepancies
• Assist in preparing dashboards and presentations (Excel / PowerPoint)
• Coordinate with internal teams for data collection and updates

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic understanding of data handling and reporting
• Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills (Optional)

• Basic knowledge of Excel formulas (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
• Familiarity with Google Sheets
• Interest in data analysis and reporting

Educational Qualification

Bachelors degree in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, or equivalent preferred)

Additional Requirements

• Willingness to work in flexible shifts, including night shifts
• Ability to work from the Coimbatore location
