Management Information System Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to support business reporting and data-driven decision-making. The role involves preparing management reports, maintaining dashboards, and delivering accurate insights. The position also requires interaction with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

MIS Reporting & Analytics

• Prepare and publish daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards for management reporting
• Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting

Data Management

• Extract, consolidate, and validate data from multiple sources
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies
• Maintain reporting templates, datasets, and documentation
• Support ad-hoc reporting and analysis requirements

Stakeholder Engagement

• Coordinate with French-speaking stakeholders for reporting requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data availability and accuracy
• Deliver reports and updates within defined timelines

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors degree in any discipline
• 13 years of experience in MIS, Reporting, Data Analysis, or Operations Support
• Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Power Query)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills in English and French

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Power BI or Tableau
• Exposure to reporting or shared services environments
• Basic knowledge of SQL
