Qualification: CA / CMA
- Manage month-close and reporting, delivering variance analysis against budget/forecasts to leadership while monitoring performance via weekly tracking.
- Drive budget and MTP processes by standardizing control tools, establishing benchmarks, and conducting ad-hoc financial evaluations or site audits.
- Oversee operational finance tasks, including SAP data entry for R&D timesheets, transfer pricing dispute resolution, manual invoicing, and stakeholder collaboration.
