Predictive Maintenance & Critical Component Follow-up

Role Overview

Support the reliable and efficient operation of solar and wind power plants by proactively identifying main equipment failures and providing specialist technical support to project teams. The objective of this role is to reduce unplanned downtime and optimize lifecycle costs.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Experience in Solar & Wind O&M activities and data processing
• Strong understanding of solar and wind plant O&M, including turbine and electrical system fundamentals
• Experience with wind turbine critical components (gearboxes, generators, transformers), PV main equipment, and their failure modes
• Fluent in English

Location - Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain data processes, connectivity, and asset tracking in database systems
• Analyze and process fleet-level critical component performance and trend reports
• Centralize learning database and continuous improvement recommendations
• Provide technical guidance and support inputs to site O&M teams
• Develop and implement risk mitigation plans for critical component issues

Preferred Skills

• Ability to work with fleet-level data including SCADA, CMMS, and performance reports
• Familiarity with maintenance strategies, reliability engineering, and condition monitoring principles
• Ability to rapidly deploy best practices across sites
• Strong technical governance and operational excellence mindset
