Job Description
Role Summary:
Responsible for securely moving data, files, messages, and business transactions between mainframes, servers, and enterprise applications using messaging systems, transfer protocols, middleware, and monitoring tools. Ensures reliable, secure, and timely transmissions across internal and external systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end file transfers across distributed and mainframe environments
- Support IBM MQ queues, channels, and message flow troubleshooting
- Configure and maintain Connect:Direct / NDM processes
- Monitor scheduled and real-time transmissions
- Troubleshoot failed jobs, delays, connectivity, and security issues
- Handle SFTP / FTP user access, certificates, and connectivity setup
- Coordinate with application, infra, and network teams for issue resolution
- Ensure SLA adherence for critical business transmissions
- Maintain documentation and process improvements
