Job Description

Location: Pan India

Design and architect end-to-end mainframe solutions aligned with business requirements

Provide technical leadership on mainframe technologies (COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2)

Lead application modernization and migration initiatives (mainframe to cloud/distributed systems)

Analyze existing systems and propose optimization and transformation strategies

Ensure system performance, scalability, security, and reliability

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business stakeholders, and infrastructure teams

Define integration architecture with external systems, APIs, and cloud platforms

Drive best practices, coding standards, and governance

Support incident resolution, root cause analysis, and performance tuning

Provide technical documentation and architectural guidelines
