Job Description
Responsibilities
Develop detailed DB2, IMS, DMS II security standards and playbooks
Define RBAC, SoD and least-privilege role models
Define fine-grained access patterns (plans, packages, PSBs, databases, segments)
Define security testing and validation strategy
Review onboarding and remediation designs
Support audit evidence generation
Tools & Skills
IBM DB2 (z/OS), IMS, DMS II
RACF/ACF2/TSS, Dataset Security, Resource Rules, Privilege Reviews
Access validation, negative testing, SoD checks, audit evidence
Security Playbooks
RBAC & Role Templates
Testing & Validation Frameworks
Design Review Checklists
Mainframe DBAs, IAM Teams, Security Teams, Application Owners
Analytical thinking, strong advisory skills, collaboration, attention to detail
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
IBM DB2, Mainframe Security, RACF/ACF2 certifications
