Machine Shop Supervisor

Location: Hyderabad

We're looking for a Machine Shop Supervisor / Tool Room Incharge with 45 years of experience to lead day-to-day tool room operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise daily machining activities.
• Allocate jobs and monitor production schedules.
• Ensure quality, productivity, and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with design, planning, and quality teams.
• Guide operators and resolve shop floor issues.
• Ensure proper machine utilization and adherence to safety standards.

Requirements

• Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 45 years of relevant experience (mandatory).
• Hands-on experience with CNC Milling, EDM, and Wire Cut machines is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and engineering drawings.
• Good leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
