Role

We are hiring a Machine Learning Intern to work with our ML team on training, fine-tuning, and deploying the models in our production stack.

Internship details

• Type: Internship (on-site)
• Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India. No remote option.
• Duration: [6 months]
• Compensation: Paid monthly stipend of 15,000
• Start date: Immediate
• Conversion: Performance-based opportunity to convert to a full-time role

What you will do

• Fine-tune and train custom models for voice and text customer interactions
• Build and optimize TTS, STT, and LLM components for production
• Prepare, clean, and curate datasets for training and evaluation
• Measure and improve model performance against defined metrics
• Integrate trained models into existing production services
• Deploy and host models on internal infrastructure
• Adapt open-source models for specific use cases

Required qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a BE / BTech in Computer Science, AI, ML, or a related discipline
• Proficient in Python and at least one ML framework (PyTorch or TensorFlow)
• Practical experience with model training, fine-tuning, and evaluation through coursework, personal projects, or prior internships
• Working knowledge of deep learning architectures
• Experience with data preprocessing and dataset preparation
• Familiarity with REST APIs, databases, and at least one cloud platform

Preferred qualifications

• Familiarity with LLM fine-tuning techniques (LoRA, QLoRA, PEFT)
• Experience with MLOps tools such as MLflow or Weights & Biases
• Familiarity with inference frameworks (ONNX, TensorRT, vLLM)
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure for model deployment
• Experience with the Hugging Face ecosystem
