ML Engineer (LLM / Generative AI / AWS)

Shift Timing: 7PM - 4 AM IST

Techsara Solutions is looking for a highly skilled and passionate ML Engineer with 25 years of experience in Machine Learning, Generative AI, and AWS ecosystem to join our growing AI team.

We are seeking professionals who have hands-on expertise in designing, training, fine-tuning, and deploying Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions at scale. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with Amazon SageMaker, LLMs, transformer-based architectures, and production-grade ML systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, train, and deploy ML & Generative AI models

Fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) for production use cases

Work on Prompt Engineering, RAG Pipelines, Embeddings, and Vector Databases

Develop scalable ML pipelines using AWS services

Optimize model performance, latency, scalability, and cloud costs

Build inference APIs and production-grade AI solutions

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and DevOps teams

Work on model evaluation, feature engineering, and data preprocessing

Research and implement the latest advancements in AI & ML technologies

Required Technical Skills:

Amazon SageMaker

Python & R

PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn

Hugging Face Transformers

Prompt Engineering & LLM Fine-tuning

RAG Architectures & Embeddings

AWS Services S3, Lambda, ECS/EKS, Bedrock, API Gateway, CloudWatch

Docker, Kubernetes, MLOps & CI/CD Pipelines

GPU Optimization & Distributed Training

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with LangChain / LlamaIndex

Exposure to Reinforcement Learning or Agentic AI

Experience working on production-grade Generative AI applications

AWS Certifications
