Machine Learning Engineer

What Youll Do

• Build, train, and optimize ML models (supervised, unsupervised, NLP/CV)
• Deploy models into production (APIs, batch, or real-time pipelines)
• Design and maintain scalable ML pipelines and data workflows
• Implement MLOps practices (CI/CD, monitoring, retraining)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into AI solutions

What Were Looking For

• 4-6+ years of experience in Machine Learning
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure / Databricks)
• Good understanding of data pipelines, APIs, and system design

Nice to Have

• Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, etc.)
• Healthcare domain experience (Medicare Stars, payer/provider analytics, quality measures) is a strong plus
