Job Description

Loyalty Program Management

  • Own the end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization of the company's loyalty and rewards programs.
  • Design customer-centric loyalty constructs to improve engagement, retention, transaction frequency, and customer lifetime value.
  • Develop and manage earning, redemption, milestone, tiering, and engagement-based reward programs.
  • Continuously evaluate loyalty performance and recommend enhancements based on customer behavior and market trends.
  • Work with product and technology teams to launch new loyalty features and experiences.



Value-Added Services (VAS

  • Identify, evaluate, and launch new VAS offerings that create customer value while driving incremental revenue
  • Manage existing VAS portfolio including adoption, utilization, customer satisfaction, and commercial performance
  • Develop monetization strategies for VAS products through customer segmentation and targeted campaigns
  • Track business performance and profitability of individual VAS initiatives
  • Drive continuous optimization of customer journeys related to VAS discovery, purchase, and renewal

Partnerships & Vendor Managemen

  • Build and manage partnerships with brands, merchants, financial institutions, aggregators, and service providers
  • Negotiate commercials, customer benefits, and partnership terms to maximize value for customers and the business
  • Identify strategic partnership opportunities to strengthen the loyalty ecosystem and VAS portfolio
  • Manage partner performance and ensure delivery against agreed KPIs

.Customer Engagement & Campaign

  • Plan and execute campaigns to increase loyalty program participation and VAS adoption
  • Design targeted engagement, retention, and reactivation initiatives leveraging customer insights and behavioral data
  • Collaborate with CRM and marketing teams to drive awareness and utilization of loyalty benefits and VAS offerings
  • Develop customer communication strategies around rewards, milestones, benefits, and offers
