Job Title: Sr. Look Development Artist

NWS is looking for a Sr. Look Development Artist (Between 5-10yrs experience) with a

strong eye for photorealistic CGI, materials, lighting, and product detailing for advertising

and branded content projects.

Key Responsibilities

Create high-quality materials, shaders, textures, and lighting set-ups

Develop photorealistic product finishes for automotive, product, and environment

visuals

Match real-world references with accurate surface detailing, reflections, and lighting

Build environment set-ups, staging, and mood-based lighting compositions

Collaborate with modelling, environment, and compositing teams

Maintain consistency in look development across campaign visuals

Optimise assets and scenes for rendering quality and efficiency

Adapt quickly to fast-paced projects and multiple visual styles

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of UVs, texturing, shading, and lighting workflows

Good understanding of PBR workflow, rendering engines, and colour accuracy

Understanding of colour psychology, cinematic lighting, mood setting, and light play

Basic camera knowledge including framing, composition, and staging

Strong attention to detail and realism

Preferred Experience

Experience in automotive, VFX, gaming, product visualisation, or CGI advertising projects

within agencies or production houses.
