Designation: Logistic Lead

Experience: 4 to 8 years

Industry Preferred : Retail

Experience Required:

• 4 8 years in logistics, supply chain, or distribution operations
• Hands-on experience managing own-fleet / milk-run operations
• Proven track record in vendor management and courier partner coordination
• Experience in managing a team of at least 5 direct reports
• Familiarity with TAT-driven delivery environments and SLA management

Preferred Experience:

• Background in retail, electronics, or consumer technology logistics
• Prior experience with TMS or similar logistics technology platforms (e.g., FarEye, LogiNext, Shipsy, or equivalent)
• Exposure to multi-city or pan-India logistics networks
• Experience in e-commerce fulfilment and last-mile logistics
