Smartfinn Solutions (www.smartfinnsolutions.com) is a dedicated back-end support team that

assists brokers based in Australia with the processing of loan applications. The company

emphasizes comprehensive training and robust support to help team members gain expertise in

Australian loan practices and various aspects of loan processing.

We are ideally seeking candidates located in or around Cochin, as we will be opening an office there soon. While the role will initially be remote, it is expected to transition into a hybrid model once the office is set up.

Tasks and responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and prepare product comparison, communications, and
• structuring of the loan as a preliminary step,
• Collect information through a fact-finding sheet and relevant documents from clients
• directly,
• Organise and label the documents received, authenticate the suitability of the document for
• loan purposes, if not, organise more substitute documents from clients directly
• Complete data input in CRM systems.
• Complete bank valuations, pricing requests, and application forms for loan submission
• Communicate with clients for procuring signatures on forms and submit the loan application
• to the lender.
• Regular follow-up with the lender and manage the resolution of any rejections
• Monitor the process till settlement and cater to all supporting needs to ensure timely
• settlements.
• Co-work with other members for office-related administrative tasks.
• Support the mortgage broker with their research

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate:

• Excellent communication and writing skills in English
• Excellent face-to-face and on-phone communication skills

• Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload
• Great attention to detail and accuracy
• Enjoys challenges and problem-solving
• Experience in handling the loan process can help with quick consideration

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's Degree
