Job Description
Role Description The LLM Engineering Trainer will design, deliver, and continuously refine training programs focused on large language models (LLMs) and applied generative AI. In this full-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru, the trainer will conduct in-person and virtual sessions, provide live coding demonstrations, guide learners through projects, and offer one-on-one mentoring and feedback. Daily responsibilities include creating curriculum content and lab exercises, preparing slides and assessments, reviewing assignments and code, and supporting learners in understanding core concepts such as prompt engineering, fine-tuning, evaluation, and deployment of LLM-based applications. The trainer will collaborate with other instructors and product teams to keep course materials current with industry practices and new tools, and will gather learner feedback to improve program effectiveness. Some work-from-home flexibility is available, combined with regular on-site sessions and team collaboration in Bengaluru.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in AI/ML concepts, including NLP, deep learning fundamentals, and experience working with large language models or similar generative AI systems.
- Hands-on proficiency with at least one programming language commonly used in AI (e.g., Python) and familiarity with relevant libraries, frameworks, and APIs used in LLM development.
- Experience designing and delivering technical training, workshops, or mentoring programs, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly to diverse learner backgrounds.
- Skills in curriculum and content development, including creating structured modules, coding labs, projects, and assessments aligned with learning outcomes.
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with a learner-centric approach and the ability to provide constructive, actionable feedback.
- Comfort with hybrid delivery models, including use of online teaching platforms, collaboration tools, and documentation systems.
- Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
- Prior industry experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, or software engineering is highly beneficial; prior work in edtech or technical education is a plus.
