LLM Engineer

Location : BANGALORE

We are looking for a Data Science Technical Architect (LLM Engineer) to lead the design and implementation of a scalable data processing and regulatory intelligence platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting end-to-end solutions across data parsing, normalization, and impact assessment workflows. This role requires strong system-level thinking, ensuring consistency, reliability, and scalability, while mentoring junior team members and driving best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Design and architect end-to-end data pipelines and scalable data processing systems
• Lead implementation of data parsing and normalization workflows (e.g., DDF to JSON)
• Integrate LLMs with validation frameworks to ensure consistent and repeatable outputs
• Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance across workflows
• Define and enforce best practices for testing, reproducibility, and code quality
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Qualifications:

• 810 years of experience with a degree in data engineering and applied data science
• Proven experience in architecting and building end-to-end data pipelines
• Strong expertise in Python-based deterministic data processing
• Hands-on experience in data parsing, normalization, and transformation techniques
• Experience in integrating LLMs with structured validation frameworks
• Solid understanding of system design and scalable architecture
• Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring teams
