Litigation Associate

Role: Associate (Law) Freshers Welcome Delhi Full-Time

About the Role

As an Associate at AMV Law, you will work closely with senior counsel on substantive legal matters from day one. This is not a back-bench role. You will be expected to think independently, contribute meaningfully, and grow rapidly.

What You Will Do

• Conduct in-depth legal research across statutes, case law, and regulatory frameworks
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, legal opinions, and court documents
• Assist senior counsel in client advisory, litigation strategy, and matter management
• Communicate directly with clients in a professional and considered manner
• Adopt and leverage modern legal workflows and research tools to deliver efficient, high-quality work
• Contribute original thinking to complex legal problems

What We Are Looking For

• A legal background qualified, enrolled with the Bar Council, or in the final stages of completing a law degree
• Strong research, drafting, and analytical capabilities
• An appreciation for how technology is transforming legal practice, and an eagerness to work at that intersection
• Clear, precise written and verbal communication
• A consultative approach the ability to listen carefully and advise with clarity
• Intellectual rigour, professional integrity, and a genuine zeal to learn and grow

Good to Have

• Prior internship or work experience at a law firm, chamber, or tribunal
• Participation in moot court, legal aid, or academic legal publication
• Familiarity with legal research platforms or document management tools
• Interest in any area of practice corporate, IP, litigation, arbitration, or technology law
