Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Librarian at ISB&M Bangalore. The Librarian will be responsible for managing the library's operations, overseeing metadata creation, organizing resources, and providing library instruction to students and faculty. Additional responsibilities may include facilitating access to digital and physical resources, supporting research endeavors, and ensuring library compliance with institutional policies and best practices.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Library Services and Library Science
• Experience in Library Management and handling library operations
• Knowledge of Metadata and cataloguing standards
• Ability to plan and deliver effective Library Instruction programs
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Master's degree in Library Science or related discipline (preferred)
• Familiarity with digital library systems and tools is a plus
