Role Description

The Learning Success Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This position is pivotal for ensuring the success of learners by managing their progress, providing guidance, and improving their learning experiences. Key responsibilities include supporting training and development programs, utilizing learning management systems, and ensuring students are on track to achieve their learning goals. The manager will collaborate with internal teams to implement instructional design strategies and maintain strong communication channels with learners to address their needs effectively.
