About the Role

We have a global Learning Management System and the candidate needs to manage the system as a Global Administrator and support local & regional admins in terms of resolving their queries, trouble-shooting, escalating unresolved queries to the service provider, organizing & attending Global, Regional admin meetings, imparting training to local & regional admins etc. Additionally the candidate needs to roll out the LMS in various TDK subsidiaries by understanding their location specific needs and adopting required solutions. The candidate also needs to implement automatic data feed, SSO and several integrations with other platforms.

Responsibilities

• Administration of the Learning Management System
• Supporting Regional Admins resolving critical issues/trouble shooting, Raising issues/tickets to Cornerstone
• Imparting user & admin training
• Organizing Regional Admin meetings
• Rolling out global training assignments, tracking & monitoring completions
• Providing necessary guidance & support to TDK group companies
• Rolling out the LMS in various TDK subsidiaries by understanding their location specific needs and adopting required solutions
• Implement automatic data feed, SSO and several integrations with other platforms.

Qualifications

• B.Tech (IT)/MCA/MSc in Computer Science from a reputed University with first class throughout academics.
• 4 to 8 years of relevant experience

Required Skills

• Experience in managing Learning Management System or any other talent management platform. Experience as administrator of Cornerstone based LMS or Workday is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Minimum level of English proficiency: CEFR Level B2).
• Advanced User Level Computer operation experience is needed. Excellent working knowledge of MS Office suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint - Expert level desired).
• Self driven - ability to work independently with minimal or no supervision. Ability to prioritize tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, friendly demeanor and being approachable is a must.
• Professional, proactive, and organized with a strong attention to detail.
• Adequate knowledge of web meeting systems and web delivery tools.

Preferred Skills

• Working experience in large MNC environment with teammates around the corner of the world is a added advantage.
