Learning & Development Program Creator

An exciting opportunity is available for a Learning & Development Program Creator to be based in India.

This is a 6 month contract.

You will;

• Design and implement learning programs using templates and tools
• Draft learning solutions plans to continuously improve learning solutions
• Create impactful learning materials and comprehensive learning documents
• Obtain feedback to enhance learning materials
• Use tools including Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Articulate Studio to create engaging and interactive learning modules

Were looking for;

• 3-6 years of experience in designing courses and other learning items
• Experience in designing effective learning solutions for eLearning, Physical Classroom, and Virtual Classrooms
• Ability to use Articulate Rise & Storyline 360, MS Word, PowerPoint, and whiteboarding applications (ie Miro/Mural/MS Whiteboard), Videos, iPDFs/Flipbooks
• Experience in writing assessments aligned to learning objectives
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills; ability to write effective instructional text, and facilitator materials
