Must Have Skills :

Experience in Learning & Development / Training Operations / HR Support. Basic working knowledge of Workday Learning or any Learning Management System (LMS)

Job Description:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Learning & Development / Training Operations / HR Support

• Basic working knowledge of Workday Learning or any Learning Management System (LMS)

• Understanding of compliance and mandatory training requirements to support BAU operations

• Good coordination skills to work with trainers, business stakeholders, and associates

• Ability to work efficiently within a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment, prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and proactively communicate risks or challenges

• Coordinate end‑to‑end training activities to support compliance and business‑as‑usual (BAU) requirements

• Identify target audience for training in consultation with clients or stakeholders

• Plan and schedule training programs, including course setup, training calendar, and logistics

• Coordinate with trainers to finalize training dates and manage schedules

• Book training rooms / virtual sessions and arrange required logistics

• Create training sessions and enroll associates in Workday Learning

• Prepare and share training reports, including attendance, completion status, and compliance tracking

• Circulate attendance sheets, collect and update attendance records in Workday

• Manage training completion updates and share certificates with participants as applicable

• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure training is delivered as planned and within defined SLA

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree or professional HR degree
